She was predeceased by: her parents, Rurpart Hayes and Gertrude Hayes (Lindberg); her husband James Babcock; and her siblings, Virgina Hayes, Charles, Jimmy and Milton Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bemis of Meadville, PA and Charles Johnson (Angela) of Nebo, KY; her sister Carolyn Messinger of Corry, PA; her grandchildren, Alyssa and Justin Johnson; and her pets, Black Jack and Pumpkin. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
