She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Norton and Mildred Norton (Bromley); her brother Bill Norton; and her daughters, Amber Norton and Megan Pelc.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Pelc Sr.; her stepson Rob Pelc (Tina) of Brentwood; her grandchildren, Aleks and Audrey; her son Shawn Pelc of Corry; her siblings, John Norton of Albion, David Norton (Jeanne) of Corry, Pat Malec of Corry and Debbie Cradduck (Jack) of Oklahoma City; and her sister-in-law Mary Norton of Spartansburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
