He is survived by: his wife Lyn Burnett Sherman; his children, Catherine Sherman and Wayne Burnett (Donna); his grandchildren, Matthew, Allison and Brooke; his daughter Debbie Lawson (Chet); his grandchildren, Brody, Mitchell and Tatum; his son Michael Burnett; his grandchildren, Lauryn Ingram (Walter), Zachary and Adam; and his siblings, Mark Sherman, William Sherman, Ann (Albert Fox) and Mary Rose (Charles Van Fleet).
