He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Miller and Carolyn Miller (Keath). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Miller (Leininger); his sons, Bradley Miller and Bryan Miller; his grandchildren, Derrick, Kaitlin, Jarred and Sarah; and his great grandchild Hallie Rae.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas' name may be made to Quentin United Church of Christ, 11 E Main St, Quentin, PA 17083.
