He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Garman and Margaret Garman (Donmoyer); his son Gregory E. Garman; and his siblings, Frederick, Kenneth, Russell, Bruce and Lois Eisenhower.
He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Garman (Youtz); his son Thomas M. Garman (Doreen); his granddaughter Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Kristi, Erica and Andrew; and his sisters, Marilyn Kettering and Janet DiEnno (Frank). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
