She was predeceased by: her spouse Raphael F. Arnick, Sr.; her parents, Richard Jacobs and Elva Jacobs; and her sisters, June Bauder and Virginia Hart.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Kenneth Berkheimer), Raphael Arnick, Jr. (Suezy), Cynthia (Thomas Ream) and Laureen (James Miller). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
