He is survived by: his children, Mitchell H. (Trudy Hetrich) of Greenville, PA, Mark H. (Christine Hetrich) of Mount Gretna and Jennifer H. (Michael Kotzen) of North Hampton, NH; and his sister Merry Jo (Ronald Goldsmith) of Loveland, CO.
