He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Lolita; his daughter Tami S. Musser; and his sister Lori. He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Swartz (Brownsweiger); his son Robert L. Swartz Jr. (Tara); his son-in-law Jason J. Musser; his grandchildren, Emily Ingram (Andrew), Robert Swartz, III, Elise Musser and Layne Musser; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Ingram, Steven Ingram and Jaxon Swartz.
