She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank O'Hara and Conda Knoob; and her friend Mary M. Meluskey. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sandra Meluskey; her nieces, Maria M. Dissinger (John) and Alicia M. Silka (Paul); her nephew Michael J. Meluskey; and her goddaughter Kathy Fall Thiemann of Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
