He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Sakalosky (Baran); and his parents, Joseph Sakalosky and Florence Sakalosky (Slezosky). He is survived by: his sons, Mark Sakalosky and Luke Sakalosky; his grandchildren, Kathryn Ramell (Andrew), Matthew Sakalosky (Holly Heisey), Maria Sakalosky (James Crea), Patrice Sakalosky and Peter Sakalosky; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Vivienne, Arlo and Lionel.
