He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Black and Audrey Black; and his sister Patricia Ann Morelli. He is survived by: his wife Jane C. Black; his children, Susan Black Krumlauf (Mike) and John R. Black (Melynda Davis); and his grandchildren, Christopher Freeman and Ryan Krumlauf.
