He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Starner and Edna Boyer Starner; his wife Anna Stoudt Starner; his children, Melissa (Steve Mendoff) of Lebanon, Heather (Seth Dougherty) of Elizabethtown and Jed (Megan Starner) of Oak Park, IL; his grandchildren, Brooke, Janelle Mendoff, Billy, Hailey, Sarah Dougherty and Noah Starner; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Reagan Buckley; and his sister Jill Risser of Cornwall.
