She was predeceased by: her parents, William Deitzler and Ethel Deitzler (Miller); her husband Mervin K. Lentz; and her brothers, James, William and John Deitzler.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Brown (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cornwall Manor Chapel (1 Boyd St, Cornwall, PA 17016). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Grand View Memorial Park (500 N Weaber St, Lebanon, PA 17003).
