He was predeceased by: his parent George Evans; his siblings, Paul Evans and Audrey Price; his son William James "Jim" Evans; and his grandson Andrew "Drew" James Mark.
He is survived by: his parent Stella Evans (Morlang); his wife Mary Evans (Blake) of Cornwall; his daughter Janice Mark of Palmyra; and his grandchildren, Janine Gosebrink of Shiloh, IL, Brian Evans of Missoula, MT and Amy Mark of Denver, CO.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Cornwall Manor Endowment Fund.
