He is survived by: his spouse Jean A. Carpenter Dishong; his children, Dale (Melisa Dishong) of Jonestown and Kay (Craig Boyer) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Scott Boyer and Amanda Templin; his great grandchildren, Isabel Boyer, Griffin Boyer, Aubrey Templin and Liam Templin; and his sister Anita Swearingen of Rexmont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
