It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Louise Mettley of Cornwall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Mettley; her parents, Michael Chernich and Ellen Chernich (Netzley); and her siblings, Richard Chernich and Gloria Ponessa.

She is survived by: her son Robert M. (Linda); and her siblings, Gerald Chernich (Trudy), Daniel Chernich, Joanne Fiorentino, Carol Fiorentino and Barbara Jean Hartman (Larry).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Sacred Heart of Jesus, P.O. Box 136, Cornwall PA 17016 or Masonic Village Hospice, 98 Masonic Dr., Suite 101, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
