He was predeceased by: his brother Herbert L. Hummel. He is survived by: his son Herbert S. (Roxie Mason Hummel); his wife Blanche N. Knoll Hummel; his children, Brenda Hummel of Lebanon, Norma Jean (Bradley Arnold), Edward C (Terry Hummel) of Lebanon and Douglas E (Marjorie Hummel) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Tishe Hummel, Adam Hummel, Seth Hummel, Blaine Hummel and Callie Arnold; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Robinson and Roxanne Hummel.
