He is survived by: his children, Bill Hoffman (Monica Feider) of Kohler, Beth Ruzanic (Alex) of Pittsburgh and Jay Hoffman (Danielle) of Chesterfield; and his grandchildren, Annie, Lucy, Joe, Jack, Grace, Wyatt, John and Ava. He is also survived by grandfather to his eight grandchildren.
