He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Ann Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughters, Samantha and Alexis Patterson; his father William E. Rapp III; his siblings, Terri Rapp Krah (Paul Donahue) and Daniel Rapp (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Desiree, Toni, Sonya, Justin and Kacie.
