He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie L. Davis, and Abraham Davis, Sr.; and his siblings, Henry Davis, Lilly Mae Davis, Louise Turner and Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce R. Davis of Bessemer, AL.; his daughter Kewanee Davis-Clark; his grandson Kristofer C. Davis; his son-in-law James W. Clark, Jr.; and his siblings, Abraham Davis, Jr. of Washington, DC, Annie B. Hilliard of Pittsburgh, PA, Ester Mae Bell of Forkland, AL, Nancy D. Motley of Birmingham, AL, Elnora J. Moore (Joseph) of Irondale, AL and Kenneth L. Davis (Sondra). He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
