He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick King and Anna Marie McConnell (Neugebauer); and his brothers, Harry and Calvin McConnell. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Emily Baron, Kirk McConnell, Jessica, Zachary and Sarah Meider; and his siblings, Marion and Edwin McConnell. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
