He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. Moulthrop and Muriel Moulthrop (McLean). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Helen Moulthrop (Kostrevwa); his sons, Christopher Seth Moulthrop and Andrew Frederick Moulthrop; and his siblings, Bruce W. Moulthrop and Lynn Moulthrop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
