Thompkins of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard and Lula Mae Rucker, Sr. (Buntin); her husband Douglas Lee Thompkins, Jr.; her son Douglas Thompkins III; and her sisters, Florence "Boots", Lucy, Laura "Maxine" and Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Cloud, Derick Thompkins (Carole), Bruce Thompkins (Michelle) and Brynner; her grandchildren, Antany and Courtney; her stepgrandchildren, Tasha, LayRasha, Shaglenda, Charles and Markeiz; her great grandchildren, Nakiah, Kenya, Kenneth Jr., Kennedy and Kenlee; her great great grandchild Aaliyah Joy Fette; and her siblings, Ruth, George, G. C. and Richard Jr. "Chubby". She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in her name to the American Cancer Society.
