He was predeceased by: his parent Edward J. Reiter, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Ruth G. (Clapperton); his siblings, Robert (Dawn), Edward Reiter (Sue) and Lori Matarazzo; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Amanda, Frankie, Kelsey and Daniel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton, Hudson and Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clarion University in his name.
