Welsch (Croxton); his stepchildren, Cynthia Romanchak (Joseph), Jamie Giles (Patrick) and Diane Panucci (Robert); and his siblings, Linda Scandrol, Nancy Damastasio (Al) and Robert Welsch (Terry). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
