She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Palaio (Zaffy) and Nicholas Palaio; and her siblings, Frank, Catherine, Josephine, Marion and Paul.
She is survived by: her significant other Fred Gregorich; and her sisters, Innocenza Palaio, Luigina Sebastian (late William) and Pauline Roesch (Max). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Services for Chella will be held privately due to COVID-19 restrictions.
