He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelmo Pollice and Mary Pollice (DeIuliis); and his brothers, Felix Pollice and Eugene Pollice. He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Pollice; his son Philip A. Pollice MD (Wendy); his grandchildren, Christina M. Pollice, Gabriella E. Pollice and Philip G. Pollice II of Mt. Lebanon; his son Paul F. Pollice MD (Debra); his grandchildren, Alexa M. Pollice and Carlie P. Pollice of Lehigh Valley; and his sisters, Palma Simonette and Gilda Mowry.

Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday October 17th at 12:30 PM in St. Margaret Mary Parish, Moon Twp. (Everyone please meet at the church, face coverings and social distancing will apply).
