He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fredrick and Edith Miller (Jordan); and his sibling Jean Englehart. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Miller (Doyle); his children, Karen Shazer (Dennis), Daniel Miller (Monica) and David Miller; his grandchildren, Justin (Jen), Jason (Lexi), Zachry, Sean and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Reese, Callum and Crew.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in his name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
