She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Agnes Johnson (Smith); and her husband Richard Evanko (Dick). She is survived by: her children, John, William (Bill), Michael, Matthew and Ann; and her sisters, Joanne Casey and Mary Ellen Hartman. She is also survived by her five children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
