She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Bachkor Michalisin; her stepmother Erma Michalisin; her father Nicholas Michalisin; and her brother Gregory Michalisin. She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. Sanvito; her children, Rosemary Romboski (Larry), Anthony V. Sanvito (Michele), Maryann Mikulich (Bryan) and Margaret Harkins (Scott); her grandchildren, Alivia Sanvito, Maxwell, Ava, Ryan Harkins and Abigail Mikulich; and her brother Nicholas Michalisin (Bonnie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Margaret's name to the Felician Sisters, 1500 Woodcrest Avenue, Coraopolis PA 15108.
