Lee N. Hammond Jr. Obituary

As Lee departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lee. Though Lee may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee N. Hammond and Valletta Hammond (Yinger); and his sister Carol Meserve. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Hammond (Bykens); his daughters, Melissa and Melanie Hammond; and his sister Kathy McCloskey (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the William Slater Ll Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (100 Resurrection Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
