She was predeceased by: her husband Willard McCormick Jacobs; her parents, Rudy Jellison and Ruth Jellison; and her sister Ruth Marie Jellison Nickles. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Scott (Pat) of Coraopolis, Deb Dinello (Donald J.) of Hershey, PA., Judy Napoleone (Eddie) of Moon Township, PA. and Willard Jacobs (Lisa) of Moon Township, PA.; her grandchildren, Ryan McDaniel (Lauren), Adam McDaniel (Lauren), Vincent Napoleone, Anthony Napoleone, Joey Napoleon, Bracy Scott (Caitlin), Taylor Dinello Whelan (Ian), Olivia Napoleone, Tess Dinello, Haley Jacobs, Tayrn Dinello, Cam Jacobs and Hannah Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Boe Scott and Elena McDaniel; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Nickles Lach, Michele Nickles Simon, Joe Nickles and Keith Nickles.
