He is survived by: his wife Deborah Balobeck; his children, Mark Balobeck (Peggy), Michelle Baker (Buddy), Brian Balobeck, Marsia Balobeck and Joseph A. Balobeck (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Alek Balobeck (Becky), Justin Balobeck (Amanda), Elena Horstmann (Rob), Kyle Balobeck (Alicia), Carl Gasper, Jr., Chelsea Gasper (Ryan), Christine Baker, Walter Baker (Nini), Andrea Baker (Randy), Zachary Balobeck (Kathryn) and Julia Balobeck.
