She was predeceased by: her parents, John Guzik and Carolina Guzik (Filipczak); and her sister Helen Moore (Guzik). She is survived by: her siblings, Josephine Fisher (Guzik), Agnes Alexander (Guzik) and Frank Guzik; her nieces, Barbara Blumling (Alexander) and Carol Hayman (Alexander); and her nephew Raymond Alexander (Melissa).
