He was predeceased by: his parents, Paolo Ramunno and Luisa Ramunno; his spouse Elia Maria Ramunno (Agostinelli); and his sister Delfina. He is survived by: his children, Luisa Trapizona (Bobby), Paul Ramunno and Maria Ramunno; his grandsons, Nicholas and Anthony Trapizona; and his siblings, Olivia (Armando), Virginia (Domenico), Flora (Peppino) and Sestilio (Maria).
