He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Strouse and Pearl Strouse (Fisher). He is survived by: his wife Judy Strouse (Knittel); his children, Pearl, Allen and Alex; and his stepson Michael.
Due to COVID-19, a service will be held later at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors.
