She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Jr. Martin and Peggy Martin. She is survived by: her husband Bob Monks; her children, Lauren Monks, Elizabeth Vogt (John) and Robby Monks; and her brothers, Joseph Martin (Leann) and Steven Martin (Mary). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, her pets, as well as grand pets.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Eve's honor to the American Cancer Society or UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
