She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Murgia and Anna Rose Murgia; her daughter Dawn Michelle Smith; and her brother Frank Murgia (Rachel). She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Smith; her children, Brian Smith (Jenny), Chuck Smith (Jody) and Shawn Smith (Melanie); her grandchildren, Scott Smith (Gina), McKenzie Smith (Gage Kemerer), Taryn Smith, Zachary Smith (Sharla), Nicholas Smith, Haleigh Smith and Logan Smith; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Brayden Olyvia and Layne.
