He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth J. (Mikula) and Charles F. Campbell I; and his brother U. S. A. F. Charles F. Campbell II. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Dankert of Robinson Township, Stephen R. Campbell (Denise L.) of Robinson Township and Lisa Shannon (Dayland) of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations if desired to the American Diabetes Association.
