He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Samuel Neill, Jr. and Patricia Cassidy; the father of his child Alexa; his son Connor (Deborah L. Schratz); his brother Todd Neill of Morrisville, NC; his grandmother Virginia Alice Neill (Thompson); his nephew Samuel P. Neill; his niece Jaime E. Neill; his cousins, Tyler Neill and Brent Neill; and also Terry Neill of Boise, ID. He was also cherished by his brother, as if they were her own sons.
