It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles D Fields (Coraopolis, Pennsylvania), born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harry Edward Fields. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Roberta (Fair) of Washington, PA; his significant other Nancy Fields (Iacobucci); his brothers, Rich Fields (Stevie) of Hemet, CA and Paul Fields (Carrie) of Center Township; his former spouses, Christopher Douglas and Tara Lindsey; and his pet Maddie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
