He is survived by: his wife Pam Kozay (Jacobs); his children, Derek Kozay and Caitlyn Kozay (Jacob Dean); his brother Josh Kozay; his aunts and uncles, Jan Fuller (Kevin), Karen Balcerek (Bob), Barb Minerd (Chuck) and Dana Wells (Bev); his son Kenny Snow; and also Haleigh Kozay. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
