He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold O. Tacker and Dorothy Strohl (Grammes); and his sister Linda Covely. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. (Kunkel); his children, Tabitha Randall (Timothy) and Thomas (Jeanna); his grandsons, Jonathan and Dylan; and his siblings, Alice Cortright, Barbara Makowe, Harry Sterling and David Sterling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
