We bid farewell to Godfred A. Sodl of Coplay, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Godfred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Sodl and Mary Sodl (Yost); his wife Theresa G. Sodl (Gerenscer); and his siblings, Rose Csenesitz, Theresa Bretz, Helen Weiner, Mary Sodl, Stephen, Albert and Edmund.
He is survived by: his daughter Maribeth Mills (Paul); his grandchildren, Tobin Mills (Alexsandra), Abigail Willett (Nicholas) and Dylan Mills; his great grandchild Victor Mills; and his sister Margaret Malitsch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. - Coplay (327 Chestnut St, Coplay, PA 18037). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM and at 1:30 PM at the same location.
