He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel W. Neupauer and Sophia Neupauer (Makovsky); and his brothers, Samuel, John, Jacob, Albert, William and Edward Neupauer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Neupauer (Walakovits); his daughters, Janis Stiglich (John) of Quakertown, Maria Schubert (Paul) of Downingtown and Roseanna of Lafayette, Colorado; and his grandchildren, John Stiglich (Emily) and Jennica Stiglich.
