Keppel (Erceg) of Coplay; his children, Brittany Arlene Keppel (Jake) of Slatington and Joshua Frank Keppel; his sister Tina Keppel (Tom) of Schnecksville; his nephew Jason Keppel; his brothers, Stephen Keppel (Sheryl) of Schnecksville, Robert Keppel (Sandi) of Coplay, Richard Keppel and Alfred "Fritz" Keppel of Easton; and his aunt Anna Groller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
