With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Emma M. Szivos of Coplay, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Szivos and Theresa Szivos (Marton); and her siblings, Frank (Valeria) and Mary Farkas (John). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Frank Szivos (Kim), Thomas Szivos (Joan), Richard Farkas (Debra), Ronald Farkas (Peg), Mary Ann Hammer (Lee) and Margaret Kish (Joseph); and her friend Sarah Fox.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Mary Catholic Church (1324 Newport Ave, Northampton, PA 18067). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Church (1324 Newport Ave, Northampton, PA 18067). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery E. 4th.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the church in Emma's memory.
