He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Griffin; his children, William Carey Jr. of Franklin, Annette Bloom of Titusville and Rod Urey (Sarah) of Cooperstown; and his sister Anna Miller of Franklin Mr. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
