He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. and Jessie P. Womer Sr. (Gonzales); and his sister Christina Womer Deitz. He is survived by: his wife Debra Sue Womer (Goodman); his daughters, Holly Wiltanger Finley (Bob) of New Kensington, PA, Heather Wiltanger Knapp (John) of Minnesota, Julie Womer Druschel (Rob) of Beaver, PA, Amy Womer Graham (Mike) of Oil City and Samantha L. Domres; his grandchildren, Ranger, Walker Finley, Blu, Oak, Raspberry Knapp, Alex, Kaden Druschel, Luke, Cody and Jessa Graham; his siblings, Ronald Womer (Denise) of Vermont and Gloria Culp of Oil City; his brothers-in-law, Rodney Goodman (Sherry) of Oil City and Frank Goodman (Pam) of Oil City; his close friends, Jeff Hare of Oil City and Joe Carrico of Oil City; and his son Timothy Alan Walters.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
