With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Reed of Cooperstown, Pennsylvania, born in Emporium, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2021 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert E. Reed to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland H. Reed and Ruth M. Reed (Beldin); his wife Norma J. Brink; his daughter Karen Green; and his siblings, Clarence A. Reed, Ernest "Ernie" J. Reed, Urban A. Reed, Ermil H. Reed, Burton "Burt" L. Reed, Charles "Chuck" A. Reed, Laura A. Reed and Judith K. Reed.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Kelly (Larry) of Franklin, Lori Burk (Daniel) of Cooperstown and Debra Simpson (David) of Waynesboro, VA; his grandchildren, Todd Kelly (Deanna) of York, Jennifer Nulph (Dax) of Franklin, Ryan Beach of Cincinnati, OH, Nicholas Beach of Waynesboro, VA, Heather Long (Shayne) of Cooperstown, William Burk (Krystal) of Cooperstown and Kareana Sagnimeni (Carmen) of Mercer; his siblings, Earl D. Reed (Verna) of Emporium, James "Jimmy" A. Reed (Diane) of Emporium, Fredia Delores Tomkins of Emporium, Roberta "Reba" R. Palmer of Emporium, Kathleen "Kathy" M. Padilla (Paul) of Tennessee and Janet A. Hedgedus (Steve); and his brothers-in-law, James Brink (Paulme) of Butler and Richard Brink (Jennifer) of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by his 15 great-grandchildren; and by his one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
